GLADSTONE -- The Gladstone Public Safety Department has identified the driver and vehicle that struck a pedestrian in Gladstone earlier this week.

Officials have not released the suspect's name to the media.

On Tuesday, 25-year-old Cody Nivison was walking across the intersection of Delta Avenue and 9th Street at 2 a.m. when he was struck by a pickup truck.

Officials say the case will be forwarded to the prosecutor for review.
