ESCANABA -- An Escanaba chiropractor had a ribbon cutting celebration with the Delta County Chamber of Commerce Tuesday.
Dr. Melissa Vandermissen is the head chiropractor at the Escanaba location of Superior Chiropractic and Rehabilitation. She specializes in low back pain treatment.
"Chiropractics is very minimally invasive. There are no needles. There are no drugs. There's nothing to be scared of at all. I like to sit down with patients and make sure that they have an understanding of what's involved," said Vandermissen.
Dr. Vandermissen is also a certified sports physician and works with athletes at local schools.
