Stephenson Area School Students of Stephenson High School Band Concert & Art Show
Stephenson High School will be holding its annual Band Concert & All Student Art Show on Thursday, April 28th with the Art Show to open at 6pm (cst) and the Band Concert following at 7(cst). Over 700 pieces of incredible art will be displayed from one end of the school to another. For those wishing to view the art work later, Art work can be viewed anytime after 3:30pm cst.

The L'Anse/ Baraga Figure Skating Club will be holding their annual skating show. "Skate From The Heart" will be held on Friday March 12, 2011 at 6:30 pm & Saturday, March 13, 2011 at 2:00. Admission is $5.00 for adults, students K-12 $3.00 & children 4 and under are free.

UP Choral Leadership Award Nominees Sought The Marquette Choral Society is seeking nominations for its 2011 UP Choral Leadership Award. Nominations are invited until the deadline of Monday, February 7, 2011. The Award will be presented at the Spring Concert, April 16 and 17, at Reynolds Recital Hall. Nominations must be submitted in writing, and provide evidence that the nominee has at least ten (10) years service to choral music in the Upper Peninsula, and has demonstrated excellence in teaching, conducting, and/or support for quality choral music in the Upper Peninsula. The award may be presented posthumously. A maximum of two awards per year may be granted. Anyone wishing to do so may submit nominations to: The Marquette Choral Society, P. O.
