ESCANABA -- Will the Escanaba duo, SouthBound, make it big on America's Got Talent? The girls say they won't know for a few months, but they say the audition went well.
Gabriella Sheldon and Katrina Nance recently tried out in Chicago for the popular talent show.
The group has only been together for nine months.
Both girls say it was quite an experience to try out and felt they made a good impression on the judges.
'When we actually had our turn to sing, our performance went off like exactly how we practiced it 100 times, so we felt really good about it," explained Sheldon.
"It was one of the most, just crazy experiences we've had," added Nance. "We saw so many people. There were thousands of people behind us. It was definitely a momentous occasion for us."
The girls say they'll find out in January or February if they made it on the show.
