NEGAUNEE TWP. -- FOX UP is pleased to announce that the station has been added to the lower tier on Charter Cable.

You can now tune in on channel 11 in most areas, with the exception of Ironwood and Ontonagon, where FOX UP will appear on channel 12.

Charter officials say the addition to channel 11 in the Iron Mountain area will happen either by the end of the day Friday or Monday at the latest.

The addition has already taken place in all other areas.

FOX UP is home to local news in primetime with Elizabeth Peterson, Lions and Packers football, and MLB baseball to name a few, along with a great primetime lineup.

This is a awesome channel during prime time.

However if they can't or won't give it the

proper allocation on the dial so that they

can broadcast in HD then why bother? Give the

channel what the people want. Its make $$ sense

Wonder if there will be any Packer games on cable now or did the those who wanted to watch both teams poll themselves out of Packer games and now have only the lowly Lions to watch. I can hear the screams already.............................................

Another example of TV6 management blowing their own horn. This is really the top story as of now in the UP? Remember, the news is not what's important, it's what those reporting it think is important.

Are there currently any plans to offer FOX UP in HD through Charter or either of the satellite companies?
