ISHPEMING -- Music fans were treated to some of the best music Finland can offer Wednesday morning in Ishpeming.
Seven young musicians from the Sibelius Music Academy in Helsinki are in town sharing traditional music from Finland.
It's all part of the 11th annual Finlandia University Sibelius Academy Music Festival which has been held all week.
Music students from area schools attended the concert, and organizers feel they are the ones who will benefit the most.
"From a musical standpoint, it's wonderful for these local high school students to get a sample of what they could be if they practice hard," said David Savolainen, organizer. "I mean, these are world class musicians that we have here."
If you missed Wednesday's show, there will be another show this Friday in Calumet.
