Jayne E. Mackowiak, Trial Lawyer

Ms. Mackowiak has over 25 years experience, working primarily in criminal law at the state and federal level. She is a former Delta County Chief Assistant Prosecutor. As a defense attorney, she has handled cases in several Michigan counties and the US District Court for Western Michigan. She is a graduate of James Madison College, Michigan State University and the Thomas M Cooley Law School. Ms. Mackowiak is an active member of the Escanaba community, having served as a trustee for the Escanaba Downtown Development Authority, a member of Kiwanis and a former Little League coach.

Paula Porath, Legal Assistant

Paula brings over 20 years of business experience in various industries to the management of Mackowiak Law offices. She handles all logistical issues, including primary contact with clients and court personnel.
