ISHPEMING -- Over 100 residents spent Saturday afternoon cycling at Bell Hospital in Ishpeming for their 3rd Annual Bell Bike Race.

Teams had up to six people who took turns riding in the three-hour race.

The annual event is a fundraiser, but that didn't stop contestants from pedaling themselves to the limit, many of them breaking a sweat while doing so.

"You know eventually your legs just gonna go numb," said Marquette resident Rosemary Fields, 23. "I only do it once a year, then I don't get on a spin bike again."

The race raised money for the hospital's youth wellness program.
