Thursday's academic freedom talk at NMU postponed

MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - NMU has postponed the presentation on academic freedom by Cary Nelson, former national president of the American Association of University Professors (AAUP).

Weather-related flight delays have prevented Nelson from getting to campus on time.

His talk was originally to be held at 7 p.m. Thursday in Reynolds Recital Hall.

Details on the rescheduled date will be announced later, NMU says.
