GLADSTONE, Mich. (WLUC) - Wednesday afternoon in Gladstone the dedication and blessing of the new OSF health care clinic took place.
The new facility will bring all of OSF's Gladstone services under one roof and allow the doctors to offer services that weren't available in the area before.
The 18,000 square foot clinic, which cost around 5 million dollars to construct, is located just across the street from the offices of Gladstone public safety and will be staffed by 40 health care workers.
Lindsey Stearns is a community relations specialist with OSF who commented on the conclusion of the project.
"I think our patients, the Gladstone community in general, everyone has been very supportive and I think they're ready for this new building. Our old buildings are tired and we're ready for this new space. And to be able to just expand and add a better care experience is just exciting for us."
The new OSF Gladstone clinic will begin seeing patients on September 18th.
