A Facebook missing person page has been created for Duane E. Kangas, 38, of Hancock, who was last seen on Tuesday, Nov. 7 at approximately 1 p.m. Check out the page by clicking here.

Kangas was last seen leaving the Krist Food Mart at 824 Shelden Avenue, in Houghton, on Tuesday, Nov. 7. He left in his vehicle, a black 1996 Oldsmobile Bravada, with Michigan registration DVG3231.

He is a white man, who weighs 175 pounds and is 5 feet, 8 inches tall. He has long brown hair, brown eyes, and several tattoos on his back and arms.

Kangas was entered on LEIN and NCIC as a missing person, and the Hancock Police Department is still asking anyone with information to call them at 906-482-3102.

According to the wife of Duane E. Kangas, he is still missing.

Hancock Police Department is asking the public for help in locating a missing Hancock man.

The Hancock Police Department received the missing persons call at approximately 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 7. The officers responded to the Kangas residence to speak to the family.
