MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) - A hockey player from each of the teams in town for the Hockeyville USA game visited Bothwell Middle School today.

Ryan O'Reilly of the Buffalo Sabres and Jeff Skinner of the Carolina Hurricanes answered questions from the students. After the questions, they played floor hockey with some the school's staff and student body.

Brockton Taylor, a 6th grader, has been a lifelong hockey fan and has been celebrating Hockeyville ever since Marquette won the contest.

“I'm just kind of excited to be able to play in the new Lakeview after it's going to be done with all of the renovations and stuff that they're doing, and hopefully it will be a better environment for Marquette and just a lot better atmosphere for hockey,” said Taylor.

Brockton is also excited for tonight's big game.
