MARQUETTE, Mich. (WLUC) – The annual Haunted Hayride is coming up on October 19th at the Marquette County Fairgrounds. The hayride is a family-friendly event that features some creepy scares and thrills.
The event raises money for youth and non-profit organizations in the area.
Officials from Travel Marquette said it’s a great event to celebrate Halloween and autumn.
“The reason you want to go and check it out is to get some fresh air, get a good scare and remember all the great things this county has to offer and also it's for a non-profit organization so it's a benefit. You want to go and show your support for the folks who go and put together these type of events,” said Nicole Young, Executive Director of Travel Marquette.
Tickets from the hayride are available online or at the gate. The cost is $10 for adults, $25 for a family pass, and fast passes are available, too.
