FORSYTH TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WLUC) - A Gwinn man was arrested Wednesday after an investigation into a sexual assault of a female under the age of 17.
According to the Forsyth Township Police Department, the sexual assault occured Jan. 29 at the victim's home on the 100 block of Crusader Street. It was reported Feb. 6.
Officers arrested 40-year-old Daniel Victor Larson on a warrant authorized by the Marquette County Prosecutor's Office. Investigators say Larson was a guest in the victim's home when the assault occurred.
The Michigan State Police polygraph unit and Child Protective Services assisted Forsyth Township Police.
Larson is in the Marquette County Jail with bond to be set at arraignment.
