Get Healthy: Making Green Smoothies

(WLUC) - MARESA Nutrition Educator Rachel Sabin showed how to make Green Smoothies on Friday's TV6 Morning News. Here is what to do:

Ingredients:
- 2 Pears, cut into pieces
- Handful of spinach
- Handful of oats
- 2 Tablespoons almond butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder
- Spoonful of avocado
- Spoonful of chia seeds

Directions:
- Put in blender and enjoy!

Tip:
- Add ice or frozen pears
