BARAGA COUNTY, Mich. (WLUC) - A downed power line obstructed traffic in Baraga County Monday night.
Around 9:10 p.m. Monday, a power line about 2.4 miles past the US-41 and M-28 junction in Baraga County went down. It was windy and -10 degrees, but there is no known cause for why the power line went down.
The power line was hanging about four or five feet off the ground and caused damage to at least two drivers' vehicles.
An electric crew is aware of the situation and was on scene.
The Baraga County Sheriff's Department is leading the investigation.
