ESCANABA -- Dozens of community members, including one of our own at TV6, will be giving people a good scare for a good cause this weekend.
Friday night kicks off the 4th annual United Way Haunted House at Hereford and Hops in Escanaba.
The event raises money for the United Way of Delta County. From skeletons to graveyards, you never know what may pop out from around each corner.
Last year they were able to raise close to $3,000.
"Our haunted house is growing into a community event," explained United Way Director, Julie Mallard. "We're starting to get calls now, way ahead of time, people wondering what's going on with it. It changes every year. It gets bigger and bigger every year; we do new things, get new people involved."
TV6's Beth Jones will be taking part this year on Friday night. What ghoulish creature will she be?? You'll have to go and see.
The haunted house runs from 7 to 10 p.m. Friday night. It'll also be open Saturday from noon to 3 p.m. for younger kids and again 7 to 10 p.m. Saturday night.
