Sunday, December 5, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
(Vendors MUST have booth open during all hours of the craft show. Vendors are NOT permitted to tear down before Sunday at 4pm.)
LOCATION: NMU’s Superior Dome, 1401 Presque Isle Ave, Marquette, MI
ELIGIBILITY: All items must be handcrafted by you, the vendor. No commercially crafted items allowed; this includes buy/sell items. Vendors cannot sell another artist’s items under any circumstances. All craft items are subject to review by show management. If a crafter does sell commercially made products, show management reserves the right to refuse acceptance to subsequent shows. Commercially bought items that have been hand-painted, or otherwise altered, may be acceptable, depending on what has been done. Craft show management reserves the right to make any final decisions regarding the issue. Both a photograph of work in progress and of your craft with a complete description of craft must accompany your application, if new crafter to TV6.

DEADLINE: Payment must be made in full and submitted with your application to reserve your space. Applications are due by November 19, 2010 in order to be in the craft show program distributed at the show. No refunds will be issued for cancellation after that date. No application will be accepted after close of business on November 19, 2010. If you would still like a booth after then you must call Nancy Webster at 906387-5411. Booth spaces are limited and available on a first-come/first-serve basis, so be sure to respond as soon as possible.
ACCEPTANCE: You will be notified via e-mail upon the acceptance of your application or if you are placed on a waiting list. Booth space allocation is at the sole discretion of show management. If you would like to be notified via mail, please indicate so on your application.
DISPLAY: Each crafter is responsible for his or her own display, set-up and tear-down. Candles, incense, and other items are not permitted to burn during the show for any reason. If you have a lit flame, you will be asked to extinguish it; if you fail to comply, you will be asked to pack up your booth and leave the show with no refund.
SALES: All sales will be transacted by and all proceeds will go directly to the crafter. No commission will be charged by TV6. You must possess a valid Michigan Sales Tax License, OR you must complete a Michigan Concessionaires Sales Tax Return at the end of the show. These will be automatically mailed to you by the Treasury Department of the State of Michigan or handed out to you at the show when you check in.
PARKING: All vendors will be required to park in the east parking lot during the show. This is the lot that is nearest the entrance with the overhead garage door. Vendors who do not park in this area can and will be towed at the owner’s expense. Customers are our priority and should get the best parking available! Vehicle and trailer license plate numbers will be required with all applications; applications may not be accepted if not included.
