The Salvation Army will be assisting Dickinson County Area families in need during the holiday season. To apply for Christmas gift or food assistance, please call Amber at (906) 563-9258 and set up an appointment to complete the necessary intake information. Appointments will take place from 5pm to 8pm on the following dates: November 3, 5, 9, 10, and 17. Applicants must provide proof of income, identification, and social security cards for all family members. In 2008 The Salvation Army was able to provide gifts for over 250 children and their families through the generosity of the members of our community.
