Dustin joined the TV6 News Team in November of 2011. He earned his degree in meteorology at Valparaiso University where he also minored in both math and communications. At Valpo, Dustin recalls spending many hours in the WeatherCenter and Weather Studio where he broadcasted regular forecasts for the campus TV station, VUTV. Outside of meteorology, he was an active member of Sigma Pi Fraternity and enjoyed playing his trumpet in the Crusader Pep Band. Dustin is a native of the small Chicago suburb of Summit. In his free time he enjoys reading and watching movies.
