Meagan joined the TV6 team in October 2008. She graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Meteorology, specializing in Weather Forecasting and Communications.
While in college, Meagan was an active member of the Campus Weather Service and an on-air meteorologist for CNET, a local public access station.
An internship at WTAE-TV, in her hometown of Pittsburgh PA, is what made Meagan realize that broadcasting was the right path for her.
In her free time, Meagan enjoys yoga, shopping, traveling, and cheering for her favorite sports team, the Pittsburgh Penguins. She also loves to snowboard and can’t wait to hit the nearby slopes.
Meagan is thrilled to be a part of the TV6 news team and see everything the UP has to offer.
